These aren't really all that different or unique but I'll show them anyway.
Quad City lofts.
Davenport, Iowa. The old Crescent cracker/macaroni factory and warehouse are the newest lofts to open. They where 100% occupied before they even opened.

Across the river here in Rock Island, Illinois, we've gone somewhat "loft wacky" Hopefully they won't go overboard and saturate the market. Soon every square inch of formerly empty upper floors in downtown buildings will be occupied.
