Man...this sure seems to have to go through a lot of approval stages and I would imagine there are still a few more to come. Had to chuckle at Nasser's comment about even his wife asking "when is this going to start?"

Let's cheer her on. She probably has more leverage than the media or us to push this along....
As for the approvals, it would be good if the city and MVA working on setting things up so there were not both driving the permit process.
