The not so good looking building are actually in the suburbs meant for lower and middle income groups. Property rate in those buildings is around $30/50 per sq.ft plus it would also have low maintenance cost making it economically viable for them
(Its even cheaper at booking) .Most of the above projects are underconstruction and others are waiting for the monsoon to get over.
