right and there have been various figures thrown around regarding budget. Typically its been described as $230M but that seems like a lot for phase 1. I also saw reference to a $500M project, but that would be all phases. Phase 1 is the store front, apt tower and renovation of 34 s. 11th street. I believe they are either constructing or rehabbing an underground garage as well.
