I also remember some of the people that ran the mall when Trizechahn was the property manager. There were people there that actually cared, and it seemed there was a good community of small businesses that had space there. I think Georgio's was the longest standing tenant in that mall. Although come to think of it, the shoe shine (if it's still there) may be the winner.
The prospect of German ownership is interesting, it would be interesting to see what other properties are in their portfolio. I always use munich as an example because I know it the best but their shopping district and retailers have things on point. I always use the Karlsplatz Station shopping area as an example of great underground shopping areas that are linked to transit etc.
