This should be pretty easy to create actually. If you notice ever floor has a variation of the following plan:
Just create the entire tower by first copying and pasting a floor with that floorplan (no components), then using a plane to intersect with the tower to get the shape. The corners need to be dealt with seperately but it's not so hard. Just do the same thing but need to watch the curves.
