I do wish UNCSA had year-long lighting displays in downtown. If not year-long, at least something that is in place from April to October? It would be a great advertisement for UNCSA. What if they worked with downtown developers and DWSP on some of the projects we see in this thread? Imagine if UNCSA would've designed the permanent lighting or permanent "art lighting" for Passageway Park?

I have always wondered why UNCSA doesn't do a full time art lighting. I go look at the art projects every year and I love it.
