Traffic Advisory: Water Street Lane Closure October 8 - 31. Renovations on the TD Building require the use of a crane and will result in the closure of the west bound lane only on Water Street between Prescott Street and Clift's Baird's Cove. West bound Water Street traffic will have to use Harbour Drive in that area. East bound Water Street traffic not impacted.
