That may be true for the Girasole. But the railyard development already has tenants lined up. It's
possible they could get underway before or at the same time as Sherwood's tower. But Sherwood has the less complicated site to build on.
Then there's the matter of the Convention Center hotel that could be nearly 1,000 ft (just north of the Girasole).
