Construction starts on Oak Lawn seniors projects

Developers have broken ground for a 7-story seniors housing project overlooking Dallas' Lee Park. The Belmont Village Senior Living will have 201 apartments and is located at 3535 N. Hall Street in Oak Lawn. The building is scheduled to open in mid-2013 and will have independent and assisted living units for seniors.
