It looks like the 11 story, 50 unit building planned for Diversey (the Lakeview side, not the Lincoln Park one) is also on the plan commisions list. For a refresher on the project, here's the DNAInfo link on the project:
http://www.dnainfo.com/chicago/20140...ojects-collide. According to the diagram, the top floor's elevation will be 120 feet, plus the mechanical roof the building should be over 135 feet. Not sure if it still counts as a highrise since it meets the height requirement but it's 11 stories.
Also, did anyone here attend the community meeting announced a few days ago about the planned highrise at 710 W. Grand?
