Under the new appeals rules, I don’t think she can appeal it. Or did Charlottetown not adopt the government changes which only allows an aggrieved person (who lives near the project to bring forward an appeal). If I’m correct this lady lives in Brighton, no where near the development.

Also if I’m correct when you go back, she’s appealed almost every project put forward in downtown.
