I thought this was an interesting story. A developer getting in trouble for straying from the specifications of a development approval.

(A number of years ago, there was a case in Halifax where a developer decided to put an extra floor on a building.)

Here's the pair of elevations showing the differences:



One big change is that the top floors were supposed to be glass instead of metal panelling. I think that would make it look better. The developer may be forced to make that modification.
