Well the problem is that there is no real need for another Hub in Germany. Lufthansa has Frankfurt as its primary hub and Munich as secondary, Air Berlin has Düsseldorf as its main hub, but i think they announced to make Berlin their secondary hub, which is not bringing that much international connections though. Still, Berlin, in theory, could be serving as Germany´s north-east hub and should also be interesting for travelers to and from Poland, which is quite close... so lets see....
