Here is a youtube presentation for Tower 123, a 123m tall 32+2 level tower near Zagreb's business district, when i say near its 2 miles away as crow flies, anyways, city rejected this location so it might need to be built closer to the CBD. If built it would be the tallest tower in Zagreb and Croatia, but than again there are proposals for 4-5 towers exceeding that height. Currently tallest office/residential tower in Croatia is Eurotower at meager 97.5m.
