Thanks to our insider, for the first time you are able to see a rendering of the tower that Delta is planning to build in Blok 20. Delta bought this part of Blok 20 from Genex last year. The proposal is comprised of three parts including a shopping centre on the first 2 floors, a 19 floor hotel building, and a 37-38 floor office tower.
Delta holding is planning to construct an elite office centre and hotel with five stars in the space between Delta's existing office space and the Hyatt hotel. Delta has said that the second investor in this project worth 60 million Euros is Prima Stan, which purchased the rights to this land from Genex.
The complex is expected to have apartments, offices, and a luxury shopping mall. It is expected that there will be negotiations with Hilton regarding control of the hotel.
