3CDC is developing the site. That, plus the fact that DunnhumbyUSA is known for innovative work spaces, hopefully means that we will get a very unique building on the site. The site will likely include underground parking and retail space. Old 3CDC plans for the site called for two residential towers, so hopefully that will find its way into the plan as well.
