Great thread. This will help alot in knowing which projects have their thread already and which do. Just days ago I was about to add Parkland Memorial Hospital until I finally found it under General Developments. Good Idea Chris.
I would add Richardson also. The suburbs in DFW I would say are on beast mode are Richardson, Plano, and Frisco. I only see the projects below on Richardson's database but I am sure there are more projects planned or U/C for the CityLine project. And then you have the
Palisades Central which was recently announced so we can only bet there will be more on this city:
