I think Taipei MRT cannot compare with NY. The reason is Taipei MRT is much younger than NY one. They are in different age.
Taipei MRT has won the world best MRT system four times. But this time, the reputation is cracked. They must put more effort to solve these problems because MRT has been part of Taipei life.
