^^The owner of Tock's had to teach a dairy provider how to make them.
I've had numerous poutines in Mainland China/HK/Taiwan, and Tock's is the only one that's ever made it with curds. It's always mozzarella or jack everywhere else.
Currently, this is my favourite Japanese curry spot in Shanghai.
Shinokuma's best dish is a big pork ball on a rice omelette, topped with cheddar cheese and slathered with their awesome curry. I never get tired of it.
