They might lease overflow to the Dumont, but they didn't mention that at the city council meeting. They were stressing the multiple uses of the building with people occupying both permanent and transient parking spots (for entertainment and retail). Mr. Budd said that he initially thought the parking was "excessive", but after Heritage Developments explained their plans, he became satisfied that what they were planning was appropriate.
