Nice trip but IMO you can't see too much in a train trip. Especially in the former Eastern Block the trains pass through ugly areas and the train stations are the worst places in a city. At least that was my conclusion after some trips in Romania, Bulgaria and Poland (the best places there were far away from the rails and train stations)
