I think it's a good idea to keep quiet about the Hard Rock project. While I am perfectly fine with it going there, that was quite a bait-and-switch they did to get the height approvals. Originally was supposed to be all residential with a large retail component and even that took years to get approved. No way a hotel with presumably no retail apart from the hard rock would have gotten approved at this scale on that block.
