Wow.... You're right on... Idaho, Washington, Oregon, Alaska and Michigan. Only in Washington are freeway ramps specifically mentioned and permitted under the law, but one could argue that since a freeway ramp is a one-way street it falls under the law here in Idaho. See 3B for the exact wording of the Idaho statute:
