I've been thinking...
Since Rincon is 90% sold, and some other condos in communities of lower density aren't selling as well, could this mean that more people prefer living in a high rise in a dense area of town, and could this lead to thoughts of growing taller and creating denser spaces instead of the typical 6 stories you see in Mission Bay, and could this translate to zoning regulations being relaxed allowing developers to build higher?
