This tower is already approved and it will build but "Phare tower" will never be the highest tower of Paris.
Generalli tower (318 m 1,043 ft) is approved, and will open one years before.
and a new tower (325 m 1,066 ft) is in project. (one meter taller than the Eiffel Tower

In fact "Phare tower" will be the third tallest skyscraper in Paris
