Everything along La Cantera from 1604 to Vance Jackson is manacured to the nines, even in this flash drought, and seems to be our answer to a, "Im moving from Plano or Orange County, where should I go?"
While it's no Plano in size or scope yet, that whole area is going bonkers. The different food options are also following. Hopefully Elian will get more going that way.

How was Gloria's? And mid-rise condos about 10 stories tall would be nice for that area. New apartment complexes seem to just blend in with the rest that dominate the north loop of 1604.
