Personally, I'm hoping for larger 2-bedroom suites, and maybe even some 3-beds. Park Place had some good stuff, but kind of small and almost too many suites in the building.
I almost bought a 2-bed suite in Plaza 88 that was around 1100 sq.ft. If we can get something like that in Park Avenue, I'll be a very happy man indeed
