I did look at that "third-largest economic center" line with a bit of disbelief and curiosity as to where Univ City ranked. But while this explanation makes sense out of the rankings, it does seem odd to lump Univ City and CC together as one. Not that any of this disparages Oakland or Pittsburgh - the city definitely punches above its weight (arguably more so than Phila) - but I hope this doesn't evolve into a city v city thread!
