16 York will really help the area around it feel more urban/complete (too bad for a pretty generic design).....and 10 York, although generic in materials and hue, is a formidable tower in that area. It's not great, but it's a bit more than good I'd say.....(Good is defined as better than Xfinity for this area, along with other things)
