Def prefer the David Baker Architect's version. Better massing and materials (at least via what I saw) IMO.

This version is solid though. They could have reversed the height/massing to put the bulk on the intersection vs inside the block to help it feel a little more contextually appropriate.

I just hope this developer can keep up the momentum and follow through. I'm getting tired of all of these seeing everything shelved or selling approved plans.
