If you take a look at the Abbotsford AHL Blog (
http://www.fraservalleyahl.com/blog/), there is a LOT of dissent over the names that were shortlisted (myself included). I am saddened that nobody seems to have taken notice, neither the ownership group nor the media.
The only thing holding my hope for Abby was our acquirement of an AHL team, but now that they've named it the Abbotsford Heat, that just burns me up

Only three months and two weeks until I can return to Canuck territory...
