I well remember the strange buff colored brick church that used to be there ions ago--I understand how it happened, but it was totally bizzare for such a prime location to be a hole in the ground for so many years in San Francisco's Castro District. Good riddance!

To add my voice to a unanomous opinion here, I couldn't imagine living at Candlestick Point either, no matter how nice the unit.
