That first one is outdated. The second one is interesting. Very dense. I guess they're including the new Hyatt parking garage/ballroom in there? It would look even more dense if they were including Broadstone at the Lake, aka the Runtex site development. But what are those two extra blue towers? That one by the entrance on Barton Springs and that one by the entrance on South Congress. I hope they're not purely hypothetical.
