IITM-K is shadowed by India’s best Bio-technology ,Space and Science Institutes in the town. Now it is planning high-end programs targeting the professionals.

Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management-Kerala (IIITM-K) has kicked off plans to open its doors for professionals working for different companies situated in Technopark.

A decision to go on an open mode was taken at a meeting of the board of directors of the IIITM-K, headed by S Gopalakrishnan, chairman, Infosys Technologies.
The institute plans to offer courses in the areas of theoretical and applied computer science like software engineering, IT, GIS and geoinformatics, information sciences and knowledge management, mathematical foundations of IT, signals systems and signal processing, control theory, e-governance and web-technologies.
