I think that this building will help the neighborhood out by covering up that old parking lot that was such a waste for years. I live a few blocks South of here and I never get the time to pay attention to this building even when I go to the starbucks just 10 feet away (too busy). But again Thank You for the great shots...
P.S. does it look like there is any movement at 10 Delaware and the twin shakes across the street?
