The main design differences I've noticed are in the doors and the headlights.
Unless I'm confused about the differences, the 160s have flat doors that pop out and move to the side (just like the S-70s) while the 100s have folding doors. Also, non of UTAs SD-100s have seating that goes only one direction. (at least, I haven't seen any)
