Unless I'm confused about the differences, the 160s have flat doors that pop out and move to the side (just like the S-70s) while the 100s have folding doors. Also, non of UTAs SD-100s have seating that goes only one direction. (at least, I haven't seen any)

Yup. Pretty much. Also, the SD-100s run on DC and the SD-160s run on AC (or maybe it's the other way around).
