Yes, someday it could. If I have the means I will personally fork up the $20 million necessary to complete the project. A very small amount in contrast to the significance of what is missing. As far as many are concerned, this project is not completed nor will it ever be as such until the final phase in construction of the spire radome is executed. If and when the final product will finally come into fruition, after then and only then will the true monument and testament that is deserved will finally exist and be a reality.
