At this point, the garage is still in the planning phase. It has been approved by the planning commission and all of the opposition(lawsuits) surrounding the garage have been withdrawn. So it's a go for the garage. However, Mango Cafe said that it would open much later than the actual cafe itself. Here is an article with more information...
