After picking up my wife at work yesterday, I drove back across the portage bridge, and looked at the location where these are proposed, and imagined their impact on the skyline...I honestly think that them being right near the crest of that little peninsula/hill there, will make them look really tall when viewed from Portage or the War Museum. They will also bridge the gap down to the Lebreton Flats buildings from the downtown area.
