As always, thanks for the exhaustive research and great pics Tennis. It's great to see plans moving forward for a real transit hub in the city. It's been needed for a long time. One of my friends that relies on transit as she can't drive due to occasional seizures will definitely appreciate a nice air conditioned and dry spot to wait for her bus in. If they have a small snack stand, or at least some vending machines...all the better.
