I'm trying to clean up the first page (with help from others). Some things are possibly under construction or even skipping UC and might be completed.
I'm tempted to start ignoring ALL hillside projects claiming to be 7 floors but are actually just 6.5 floors when it's all done. Currently I am tolerating them if they seem to have most of what appears to be the claimed 7th floor. Might move to a 8+ only front page.
