If SSP uses CTBUH criteria (see below) then Concord Sky is indeed a super-tall and belongs in the Super-talls Construction section.

@Koops65 has a 300.6 metres (super-tall) height listed on his SSP diagram for Concord Sky, despite UT's official height of 299m.


The Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH) measures total height from "the level of the lowest, significant, open-air, pedestrian entrance to.... (the Architectural Top)".

@innsertnamehere kindly put the super-tall discussion to bed.

There is a primary entrance on the south end of the tower which is at a lower elevation, making this a 300.5 metre super-tall according to CTBUH criteria.
