In the top photo above, the Broadway Drapery and Furniture Co. building lacks the lettering above the fourth floor windows that it has in the bottom photo and in this c. 1908 shot (see link for entire photo):

I marveled at the second image and what appeared to be outwardly bowed or bay windows. Shadows seemed to support this idea but now with the inclusion of the third image, I have my doubts. Could this building have had three remodels or maybe two with an optical illusion?
