According to Colleen Cosgrove of the Chronicle Herald , it looks like its going to be a "contemporary" restaurant called Tempo, owned by Delta, not a Jacks unfortunately.
"The national hotel chain acquired two storefronts adjacent to the hotel in Barrington Place Shops where Maritime Travel and Altamira Financial Services Inc. operated out of until recently. This space is where Tempo will be located. Maritime Travel has since relocated within the mall.
Although connected to the hotel, Tempo will have a separate street-front entrance. It will feature a grab-and-go deli area for business types on the hunt for lunch downtown."
