Stone Oak is abundant with Illinois and California licence plates. They're as commonplace as Texas licence plates.
I was watching Great Day SA and the owner of Trilogy Pizza & Wine Bistro was in the studio cooking up some pizza. His restaurant is located in Stone Oak and it makes New York style pizza, Chicago deep dish style pizza, and Californa style pizza. Hense the name Trilogy.
He said Stone Oak was like "Little Chicagoland" with all the people from Chicago moving there.
