If this winds up in the Supreme Court's hands, with the current make up of our court, it could be interesting.
The SCOTUS has upheld rent control multiple times, but still.....you never know when the Courts will determine that you've crossed the line--namely, at what point are you effectively
taking private property without just compensation?
