Not much to add.
Phase 1 as SJPBoy noted will be two towers which are both sold out. Closest to the water.
25 stories and 29 stories.
Phase 2 :
21 stories
33 stories
Phase 3 is the tower that stands to alone furthest from the water
37 stories
