Surprising maybe to a certain extent, but practical.
BRT properly proposed, evaluated, built, and (esp.) operated, without major/consistent/constant/ever-annoying chokepoints and tie-ups, is a viable and practical choice.
If the report is fact- and evidenced- based, then kudos for a proper study.
